CHANGES TO HOWARD TRANSIT AND HT RIDE SERVICES

FRIDAY, JULY 9, 2010 - The following service and fare changes will go into effect on Friday, July 9, 2010 for Howard Transit and HT Ride:

Elimination of the following Howard Transit Services:
- Blue Route
- Red Express
- Yellow Express

Fixed Route Service Fare Changes:
- Regular Fare - $2.00
- Reduced Fare (Senior/Disability/Students ONLY) - $1.00
- Monthly Pass Price Will Remain the Same

Transfers:
Transfers are valid for a SINGLE RIDE when traveling in the same direction. Transfers will be collected by the driver when boarding.

HT Ride Paratransit Fare Changes:
- ALL Passengers - $2.50 (ONE WAY TRIP)
- HT Ride Will No Longer Offer Reduced Fares or Free Trips
